1792 Full Proof

Full proof signifies 125 proof when entering the barrel. 1792 is non-chilled filtered. This one is surprising and takes a few tastes to settle in. Smells and feels heavy in alcohol initially but delivers pleasantly to the palate.

Angel's Envy

After aging 4-6 years, the last 6 months are finished in a Ruby Port Cask. Small batching 8-12 barrels at a time.

Basil Hayden's

The Basil Hayden's bourbon brand was introduced in 1992 and is named in honor of Meredith Basil Hayden Sr. Hayden was a distiller, and he used a larger amount of rye in his mash than in some other bourbons.

Jimmy Russell - longest tenured Master Distiller in the world and his son Eddie who in 2015 was named in his own right Master Distiller. The only father and son duo both being Master Distillers. Thus earning them the right to set aside - reserve - the best casks for the making of this special bourbon.
